I think it has finally happened. He wakes up at 6:00 am, puts on khaki pants, loafers and gel in his hair. I haven't seen the Gator attire for several weeks now. He comes home at dinner time and washes the dishes when we're done eating. He has many stories of important meetings that happened that day. He plays with Elijah then goes to bed early.
From the time that he forgot his wallet on our first date...and jumped up from the table during a fancy dinner because someone mentioned some football game...I think over the last four years Rey and I have grown up a lot. And Rey, in particular, seems very adult-ish lately. Perhaps becoming a father and moving your family to a developing country does that to you. But I still see traces of his rascalliness every now and then (and also in Elijah!)
Thus, WC/Jr High Camp, I think its now safe to invite Rey back sometime!
